01 Reflexive Movement

The movements that we see in our infants are mostly automatic and reflexive, and the purposes they serve are multi-fold – protection, stress resilience, as well as development in motor, cognition, socio-emotion and each of their senses. These reflexive movement patterns are the foundation of voluntary motor control later in life, and disappear at around the age of 2.
